The Missouri Governor's Cup is a yearly regatta that is co-hosted by Lake Stockton Yacht Club and Orleans Trail Marina. For the last few years it has been sailed on Lake Stockton, which is in southern Missouri.

The Cup race consists of four to five races held over a two day period in late September or early October.

The regatta is held in two separate keel boat fleets and is governed by the 1997-2000 Racing Rules of Sailing as presented by the International Sailing Federation (ISAF).

1999, marked the 25th year for the Cup.
