Outside of the Great lakes, the midwest has the largest amount of fresh water acreage in the U.S..
On these waters you will find more sailboats than on either the Atlantic and/or Pacific coasts combined.

It has been a very long time since we have link checked the Midwestsailing site. And it shows! We have decided to start with the Lakes pages. But instead of just removing the bad links (which is the easy way out), we are going to try and find the correct URL's.
As any one who has tried to track down a bad web address knows, this can take some time. Google helps, but some folks just like to hide their site/s. Do you hear me Government web managers, make your sites easier to find and search!!! We are starting at the top of the lakes (i.e. Arkansas=>Iowa=> Kansas etc..)and going down the list.
Hopefully it will only take a few weeks.
